The internet is for free until June 8 in celebration of the new service. Afterwhich, a certain cost will be shouldered by anyone who wanted to be hooked up on the internet to those aircrafts with wifi symbol on it. See below for the costs:
$4.95 – for flights upto 90 minutes regardless on how you access it
$7.95 – for mobile devices (up to 3 hours)
$9.95 – for laptops and netbooks (up to 3 hours)
$12.95 – for laptops and netbooks (longer than 3 hours)
$7.95 – for mobile devices (longer than 3 hours)
Note that the service is only available to flights across United States. You may check out USAirways site for which routes have the service.
