The Journey Of A Simple Guy In Finding The Best Of Life

What will you do if your phone rings and Steve Jobs is on the other line?
Like most of us would do, we’re not gonna believe and ask the person who he really was. This is what Louie Sulcer of Woodstock, Georgia have asked Steve when he phone him to tell the 71 year old man that he won $10,000 worth of iTunes gift cards!

Apple run a contest on iTunes store to reach the 10 Billion downloads on the store. The person who have downloaded the 10 Billionth song will win $10,000 worth iTunes gift card. And in this age of modern technology, who would’ve thought that a granpa in Georgia is using an iPod?

As for the winning song, Louie tried to listen to Johnny Cash’s Guess Things Happen That Way that he will be using for his sons video. He liked it and downloaded it without knowing that Apple is running a contest.
That’s actually a huge amount of gift cards! I couldn’t think of albums, movies or applications to download with that amount!

Sunday Nights for me are normally Movie Nights. Here, I got to stay in my room all night to watch my DVD collections or movies I bought or rented in iTunes.
Last Friday, I was searching for an iTunes Gift Card on eBay that I can use in buying something online. I found this awesome deal of getting any iTunes card for more than 60% off! It’s an awesome deal I tell you! So after receiving the account I bought, I scanned through iTunes store to check on something that I can watch tonight.
Around 2AM this Sunday Morning, I downloaded Rent Musical recorded on Broadway as I wasn’t able to buy myself a ticket for the RCBC show this February. Rent as we all know is a musical about enjoying life and living in New York. You know me – I have this thing for New York City.

The film is great! It’s as if I am in the theatre watching the show myself. I remember when I watched The Lion King at Minskoff Theatre, that’s one of the highlight of my trip! Watching the movie that I love in Broadway! iLoveIt!

So tonight, I have the following ready for my movie nights:
1. Inglorious Basterds (Rented)

2. Little Manhattan (Purchased)

3. Material Girls (Rented)

I love renting on iTunes. For as low as $ 0.99, you can enjoy a outstanding quality of movie. Rentals will last for 30 days and 24 hours to finish it from the day you started watching it. Cool huh!?
