I woke up at around 6AM on December 31st and had a light breakfast and went back to sleep as the gloomy weather calls for an extended RnR. After another 6 hours of sleep, I took a shower and went to the Market Place for my last lunch for 2012 and bought an Ice Cream Cake from DQ for the NYE’s Media Noche.
My sister needed to run to SnR to get Dwayne’s bike, so we took my uncle’s pick up and drove our way to Congressional and pick some of the food in Manila. We arrived home at 9PM.

I’ve got my first gift for Christmas all the way from Singapore!
A friend of mine, the ever seductive Toni Rose Parel Velasco of Jurong East Singapore bought me some accessories again but this time, for my iPhone 5.

It was her “Christmas / Sorry for not meeting you up when Im in Manila / Sorry for Ignoring you at Mann Hann / Sorry for not giving you Chocolates while others were loaded with calories / Thank you for the Starbucks Planner” Present for me after all what happened these past few years.
Anyway, I had to meet her MIL last December 1st to test if this will work on my MiLi Power Miracle. And Luckily, both Lightning adapters work but not with the Camera Connection Kit as it was not compatible with iPhone 5.

Edsa and C5 are both extra bitchy yesterday. Northbound and Southbound Roads are packed bumper to bumper, not moving! It’s official, Holiday Rush has started already!
Good thing I was able to find myself a way to Shangri La so I could spend the start of my weekend looking at fancy things. Also, it’s holiday so I need to see what Shangri La has designed for Christmas Season this year.
Shangri La Mall is currently doing some expansion for another Luxury section. When I got off the cab, I noticed that only Rustan’s has set up some Christmas decorations and the main mall has nothing! The Bergdorf Goodman levels of decors are missing, the Christmas tree which is normally placed in front of BDO has not been erected yet, and the escalators doesn’t even have Christmas balls yet. What’s happening to Shangri La?
Don’t you think its a little too late already is they haven’t started yet with the decorations? Other major malls are already on it since mid October.
Good thing Rustans made my mall trip effort worthy, their luxurious, glittery and glassy decors added class to their newly renovated department store. I love!

Published August 21, 2012 | It’s long weekend here in Manila and I’m on the last day of Holiday. I didn’t do that much in the past days except from spending it in my room and lay down and get some sleep. However, I was able to catch up with some shows that I haven’t seen during those days that I was at work while the rest of the world are going crazy over it – London 2012 Closing Ceremony.
Yes, I only got the chance to watch the show yesterday and all I can say is that British knows how to throw a party! It was one hell of a fun down there which made me wish that I was one of the participants so I can enjoy the moment. Brits threw in all the famous and best artists they’ve contributed in the Music Industry and damn it was fun! It’s the biggest concert ever in the history of Olympics! I could say that the Closing Ceremony is better than the Opening, we all get the chance to enjoy the music of Annie Lennox, Oasis (Beady Eye), One Direction, Taio Cruz, Jessie J, Queen and Spice Girls!!!
