For two years in a row, I was able to acquire DVF loves Gap collection way before its launch in Manila!
Although I am quite disappointed with the stocks we have in Manila, it’s still a good thing that I was able to get something for my little girl Chanel for her birthday. If not, I might get her some of trash or collectibles like silver eagle I have in my room.

Thanks to what happened last night at work, at least I was able to find time to go out and claim my reservations even if it should be claimed this afternoon!
Can’t wait to try it on Chanel and Janna!

Published April 16, 2013 | For second year in a row, Diane Furstenberg has partnered in with Gap for another cute and fun collections for the kids and babies. I remember last year to have been the first person to get hold of an item in Metro Manila – I bought a dress and a pair of shoes before its launch! Gap Philippines only showcased the collection in Shangri La and BGC branch and I got hold of it fresh from the box in BGC.
I was so excited to have it fitted to Chanel as I think the collection is fun and trendy – not to mention the infamous DVF prints.

Like last year for Dwayne’s, we bought some stuff for her party in the US through our beloved Tita Hattie. I didn’t buy online this time since the Party Online Store I shopped into last year is not accepting paypal payment anymore. I’m kind of scared doing online shopping for some stores that are not that famous if I’ll be using my card. Unless local banks issues contactless cards I won’t hesitate. This is why we asked her to go shopping for us. Third package just arrived the same day since we thought we didn’t get enough balloons for the party.

It’ll be a long day tomorrow. I’ve already tweeted the weather to just give us a gloomy but not humid weather tomorrow so we can enjoy the party. It’s not an outdoor event but a dry road is a lot better.

Oh, Dwayne is celebrating his 8th on Sunday. They’ll be going to an Orphanage to celebrate his birthday. So sad that I can’t attend the event since I need to report at work early on Monday.
