I Like!

Inspired by Rene Lacoste’s historic Davis Cup win. The latest collection honors the tenacity and style that earned the name “le crocodile”.

Seriously, why did they change the model on their online store? I hate! Nagmukhang Folded and Hung!

I can’t believe someone has a big heart to post this as lost and found! Who would’ve leave their expensivo Louboutin in New York? I just can’t imagine that no one has contacted the person yet.
Would you do the same if you found a $700 Christian Louboutin shoe in the Big City?

I was doing my daily browsing on YouTube when I ran into this clip from an Episode of my favorite TV Series, Sex And The City.
Carrie Bradshaw was casted by her friend who was producing a Fashion Show which features Real People as models. Carrie got excited when she found out that she was picked by Dolce and Gabbana to dress up on the show. And knowing her concern about her height (in which I think she could’ve been addressed if she read about it on http://www.humangrowthhormone.org when she was growing up), she requested to be put up on super elevated high heels. That request put her on a fashion roadkill when she falls in her stiletto heels wearing a bejeweled D&G panties and a coat.
I remember last year when I was in Power Plant, I saw this lady wearing a super high heeled shoes when I was at the movie counter. She was strutting (struggling actually) from the elevator on her way to Oliver’s and sat gracefully to one of the chairs and started checking something in her bag. The Lady was approached by this guy and as they were heading the escalator, the lady tripped on her shoes which made the heel to break from the shoes. That was a funny scene actually.

I know some women tend to try to look fashionable and high heels makes their legs look slimmer and longer but don’t put yourself in a pair of shoes that you know you can’t work on. You’re not Victoria Beckham or Daphne Guiness to wear these towering stilettos.

… Magkaribal! Hahahaha

I just spent my entire afternoon watching and catching up with first 5 episodes of this show! It was awesome!
Gretchen Barretto is no doubt our version of Paris Hilton! Look how her escort dragged all her Louis Vuitton and Goyard trunks and suit cases at the Airport scene. This reminds me of Paris Hilton’s photo in South Africa!

I love it…. Also, watch 02:58 and wait for 04:39! I think that’s the best scene on this episode. Gretchen made the best story in relating the House of Ronaldo to Eternal Style then here comes her escorts giving out Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada and Chanel bags to the members of FGDP just to win their votes to become a member of the organization. Hahaha sabay sabe ng “Oh, here’s a little something for all of you… Classics that would never get out of Style!” Winner!

Gretchen made the best story when she talks about Fashion may fade but Style is Eternal… then segway

Do you know about the latest buzz about Madonna? Oh well, our Material Mom just recently launched her Material Girl Collection for Macys in her objective to live her younger years back (just kidding).
Madonna said that she was inspired by her daughter Lourdes in coming up with this line of clothing. She had visualizes that these clothes are the ones 13 years old girls should be wearing these days.

Though Madonna was inspired by her daughter, Lola was asked to get involved in this collection. She even wrote a blog that she was so excited to be 14 in October as she will be then allowed to dye her hair! What’s next? Use of prototype 37c by the age of 15? I won’t be surprised if Lola will be coming the next Madonna (and I say this in a positive manner). Who wouldn’t love Madonna, anyways?
Check out Lola’s blog at http://blog.materialgirlcollection.com/ and here are some of their collections (ranging from $12 – $40):
Quite tasty huh?
