I’ve been starving myself for these past few weeks. All I eat is fruits, veggies and healthy meat. I haven’t eaten rice and bread for more than a week now and I’m glad I’ve lost some pounds already.
However, I don’t want to deprive myself and I wanted to eat even once a week. So here’s what I have for my cheat day.
People’s Palace Pad Thai
This is Cristy’s, I asked People’s Palace crew to remove those bean sprouts on my Pad Thai as it’s not good to those who have Osteoathritis.
I didn’t order any drink so I can avoid any unwanted sugar. However, this is how my Saturday end up. A trip to an Indonesian Doughnut shop who is making a buzz these past few days.
I’ve ordered box of 12 to take it home for Dwayne and Chanel. I don’t intend to eat even a piece for the obvious reason until I found myself knocking at my sister’s room and ask 2 pieces of doughnuts!
Now after eating 2 J.Co’s, I feel guilty.
BTW, Alcapone is good and the dough is so soft. However, I still think Krispy Kreme is better (except the sweetness of it).
