So Im back again in the Rehab Center for another PT session. My LS PT session will end this week and good thing my LS is getting better which means lesser chances of surgery! Thank God!
While my back is getting better, my knee continues to giving me hard time to sit, walk and sleep. I had an appointment with my Doctor earlier and he injected another steroid on left part of my left knee. He also recommended me for another set of PT hence the photo.
I’ll be reporting back to work next week but I still need to continue the PT sessions for the next two weeks for my knee.

So, I am currently on my 2 weeks bed rest but I decided to seek for a second opinion from another Ortho who specializes Spine Surgeon.
He recommended PT for 2 weeks and if that didn’t work, I may need to undergo surgery.
Now, Im here in Raza’s Kabab and Persian Grill waiting for my turn for the therapy. The Ortho referred me to Loyola International Multispeciality Clinic in Katipunan for series of PT session.
Hope this will turn out good. I don’t want to undergo surgery and have a Grey’s Anatomy session. You know, only Belo touches my skin.
Who touches yours?

Currently on the third row of the Diagnostic Imaging Center of FEU-NRMF Hospital in Fairview waiting for my turn to undergo CTscan for MRI test.
Seriously, this is the first time I realized how lucky I was for having an HMO card which covers every tests I needed for this pain. Just imagine undergoing test like this would cost you Php 9300! You can actually get a pair of CDG x Purcell for that amount!
Meds, on the other hand is a pain in my pocket. Total costs of meds I bought for my Lumbosacral and Knee chu chu would get me a pair of shoes na din! Oh life!
I still need to go back to the clinic for another round of tests and at The Medical City for my steroids.
Anyway, thank you for my Company for this HMO benefit!

I think that the good thing about what happened is I have extra time to use for work. Everday is hectic and I can’t imagine how I was able to fit in other duties that will not do any good for me nor appreciated. Although its the same scenario at work, at least I’m earning not spending.
That’s one thing I’ve learned from the Corporate World, always look on the brighter side.
You may find it more on the negative side but its your opinion. You think I’m bad, so be it.
Thank You
