Just because people practice the gift of taciturnity and accept things in silence does not mean everything is ok. Try to be more sensitive to the feelings of others as you may have not noticed that you are already being UNFAIR to the person.

I practice fairness in all things as much as possible, if ever I will be given a chance at this point or at any other organization, I will assure myself that equality will be properly noted!

Stress! Stress! Stress!

These past few days has been very stressful for me. A new program in the company was assigned to me and mind you transitioning to another program is really crazy! The program started last two weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten the hang of it as I was still transitioning workload from my previous task to the my colleagues and learning the work around on this new account. It’s crazy, I tell you.

Working in a BPO like Outsourced customer service jobs is really stressful yet challenging. Hitting goals and set your revenue to the next level is somehow your number one priority… not to mention the end of your social life, on call 24/7 and working remotely from home. It’s really a pain in the ass that makes you sometimes wish that you’re one of the crew or front desk officer from the Palazzo Versace in Australia.

At least you get the chance to wear Versace daily…

Stress! Stress! Stress!

I’m so stressed out! A lot of things are running on my mind, I can’t even catch up! Why do I have to feel this? Why do I have to be on this state?

Today’s Sunday, a day to calm down, rest, and think of other things than work. I’ve tried, but every time I laid my back down to bed and close my eyes, I see Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Outlook, CRM and now the uber complicated Fred! I know this is just the start and it will slow down as we get used to it but why do you have to come in to my life on Month End!? I don’t know… I love challenges but I’m not sure if I can handle this one.

I swear, I’ll move my butt out and buy something that would make my Sunday feel like Sunday!

Was thinking of Extra Hot Venti Americano, Pizza and Chicken Wings!

If we were the one to break our own rules, better abolished it! AND, don’t you ask me to revised or do another one as this time I will refused to do another one for you… no matter what it takes.

I know you wanted a harmonious relationship and being cool at any situation. But don’t you think that you’re just tolerating wrong actions here? I’m sorry if I have to sound like mad but if that’s what you want, then be it.

When I was in the office last night working for my second shift, I realized what was discussed in our training. Acquire good practices from your superiors and learn from their mistakes. I remember you telling the same to me, and one thing’s for sure… I’ve learned my lessons well.

Work has been so stressful for all of us these past few months. And in the coming months, new challenges will be coming our way. This will simply means training, coming up with new procedures, dealing with other challenges and hitting our set goals.

Who says that one needs some fat loss pills if you can simply cut out some extra few pounds by just thinking of reasons of performance, interacting with people you don’t like, managing difficult people and hitting your targets? Mind you, this account has been the most challenging account I’ve ever been to (like I’ve been to a lot?). Combining Technical Support and Sales is such a pain in the ass!

But with all of these being said, I am still happy that the account is growing ‘coz that simply means more opportunities. Like my boss said… We are now Gearing up!
