I never thought that the company where I worked for cares so much for their employees…

In line with Ondoy’s massive devastation in Metro Manila, Concentrix tries to reach out to their employees by checking their situation and assures our safety.

Our offices in Metro Manila are located near Marikina City and most of the employees working in our company lives in the nearby cities like Quezon City, Pasig City, Cainta, Rizal, and the likes. These cities were greatly affected by Odoy’s wrath last September 26, 2009 and with this, Concentrix extend a helping hand.

Reaching out to each and every employees and assures your safety is already a big thing that your employer can do for you. But giving you a temporary shelter while recovering from flood and fire (condo living – mind you), collecting donations to give, feeding those who got stranded in the office last Saturday and giving each and every employees relief goods is one of a kind.

Nope, she is not Typhoon Parma…

You think she was affected by Ondoy? Nope she wasn’t, but she was able to manage to get hold of relief goods from Concentrix since the company thought that we are all affected by the typhoon one way or the other.

Nice job Concentrix! Surely gives motivations for us to work hard and perform well.

I have to breathe, I have to breathe, I have to let this out!

I was so disappointed on what you have done to me. I am trying to convince myself and think of any reason on why you have to do that but I can’t seem to think of anything!

Though this could be a battle of the best, I am not here to contend with you. If that is my motive, I would’ve complain in the first place when you’ve asked me to pick from a canister of my members-to-be knowing that you have included few names than expected. But of course, it could be my fault on why I hav enot reacted that time. Maybe I was just too shy or not in the position to complain ‘coz I’m new in the team.

You know my standing, you know how my people perform compare to yours. Your team will soar high even without your help… I know them. But I can’t be mad at one of them for doing such thing that she was instructed to do.

It is really so sad that we have to compete with one another just for the sake of winning. But, I am not after the prize. I am after whatever our team deserves to get through efforts and hard work and not by STEALING. I can be as bad as you have shown me but I have chosen to be who I am ‘coz I know what is right and what is wrong.

There’s no reason for you to be so sad of me not wanting to talk to you, for it seems that you are enjoying this game (ang saya saya nga natin nagaagawan ng call diba?). Nasa sa iyo yan kung gusto mong bumawi, sino ba naman ako para tumanggi sa grasya? But, don’t you ever expect me to thank you for I am not the one who asks for it.

This will be the last time I will ever post about this incident on my blog. I’m just getting too emotional on what happened. Tissue please… I am having a Kris Aquino moment here.

A SIMPLE APOLOGY IS WHAT I’M EXPECTING TO HEAR FROM YOU BUT WHAT I’VE GOT IS YOUR BEING INSENSITIVE OF THE SITUATION.

I WOULD PREFER EVEN TO FAIL WITH HONOR THAN TO WIN BY CHEATING
